											Robert L. 
											Rosenthal graduated from The University 
											of California, Los Angeles in 1973 
											and was awarded his J.D. degree from The 
											University of Pacific, McGeorge 
											School of Law in 1976. Prior to 
											becoming a partner in Rosenthal, 
											Withem & Zeff, Mr. Rosenthal served 
											as Associate Counsel for 
											Commonwealth Land Title in Los 
											Angeles California. Mr. Rosenthal 
											has authored numerous articles on 
											the default industry and has been a 
											speaker at Freddie Mac Designated 
											Counsel Conferences, Fannie Mae 
											Counsel Conferences, and REOMAC 
											National Conferences. Robert served 
											on the Board of, Directors for 
											REOMAC from 2001-2005, and served as 
											membership Committee Chairperson, 
											By-Laws Committee Chairperson, and 
											Budget Committee Chairperson for 
											REOMAC. Mr. Rosenthal is 
											married and has one 
											son. 
										 
										 
										Michael L. Withem 
										 
										Michael L. 
										Withem earned a B.A. of Political 
										Science from California State University 
										Northridge, in 1975, graduating Cum 
										Laude. Mr. Withem earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School 
										of Law in 1978.  From 1969 to 1991 
										Mr. Withem also served in the 
										Air National Guard and US Air Force. He 
										retired with the rank of Major in 1991, 
										after serving in Desert Storm. Mr. 
										Withem also retired as a Command Pilot 
										with over 9000 Hours of Commercial and 
										Military flight time. Admitted to 
										California Bar 1978, United States Court 
										of Appeals 9th Circuit, United States 
										Central District Court of California, 
										United States West District Court of 
										California, United States Northern 
										District Court of California, and the 
										United States Southern District Court of 
										California. To date, 
										Mr. Withem has handled in excess of 
										2,000 litigated matters with over 95% 
										being defense oriented, including both 
										Federal and State Courts. This includes 
										the landmark decision of
										Tully v. World 
										Savings and Loan where Mike 
										successfully represented World Savings 
										and Loan in a matter which is cited in 
										many law books to date. Other cited 
										matters include 
										Wanger v. EMC Mortgage Corporation. Mr. 
										Withem has personally taken over 3,500 
										depositions and currently represents 
										over half a dozen fortune 500 companies. 
										Mr. Withem is married and 
										has 3 children. 
										 
										 
										Michael D. Zeff 
										 
											Michael D. Zeff graduated from the 
										University of California Berkeley in 
										1974 with a B.A. of English and earned 
										his J.D. from Southwestern School of Law 
										in 1977. An original partner in the Law 
										Offices of Rosenthal, Withem & Zeff, Mr. 
										Zeff's areas of practice include 
										creditor representation in bankruptcy 
										relief and unlawful detainer matters, 
										with emphasis on special problems such 
										as local rent control restrictions and 
										foreclosure issues arising out of 
										pre-foreclosure bankruptcy filings. Mr. 
										Zeff has over 30 years of experience in 
										legal matters, and is also responsible 
										for day-to-day operations of the firm. 
										Mr. Zeff is married
